We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, farm configuration data, and environmental sensor readings. We also collect usage data automatically, including pages visited, features used, and device information.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to provide and improve the Trazo platform, generate compliance reports, power AI-driven recommendations, and communicate important updates. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security (RLS) policies. Data at rest and in transit is encrypted using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 respectively.
Compliance Data
Compliance records (Metrc submissions, PrimusGFS audits, CTLS reports) are retained in accordance with regulatory requirements. Cannabis track-and-trace data is retained for a minimum of 7 years.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services including Metrc, TagoIO, and various environmental controllers. Data shared with these services is limited to what is required for operation and compliance.
Your Rights
