Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Trazo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Description of Service
Trazo provides a cloud-based facility management platform for controlled-environment agriculture, including environmental monitoring, compliance logging, task management, and reporting tools.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input into the system.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into Trazo. We retain a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service. Compliance data submitted to regulatory systems becomes subject to those systems' retention policies.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
Trazo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
